- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Din Tai Fung all branches during 1 May 2019 – 30 June 2019 according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and all types of KTC JCB credit cards.
- The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, will receive 1 dish of Steamed Spicy Pork with Fragrant Thai Basil Bun which has valued of 117 Baht (3 pcs.) by present the sales slip to the customer service counter of any participating stores that join the promotion within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card at the minimum of 1,600 Baht exclude vat and service charge according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to offer complimentary dish under this promotion only 1 dish per sales slip per card number.
KTC FOREVER points for cash payment redemption terms and conditions
- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating Sizzler stores during 1 May 2019 - 30 June 2019 according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- The cardmembers may redeem 1,000 KTC Points for goods/services payment at the cash equivalent amount of 100 Baht, or in accordance with specified conditions.
- If there is any price different, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
- KTC reserves the right to give a goods/services payment by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a goods/services payment in accordance with specified conditions only.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC is not a manufacturer distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
- KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
