Term & Conditions for receiving e-Coupon Dairy Queen via KTC Mobile App.

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have registered for KTC Mobile App and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Grab during 18 April 2020 – 30 April 2020 (“promotion period”) under the determined terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC - JCB credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC SME COMMERCIAL VISA, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. When cardmembers have spending via the card at participating stores In the amount of THB 150 - 299 per sales slip, cardmembers will receive "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" valued of THB 10-12 for 1 coupon. Or spending more than THB 300 per sales slip, cardmembers will receive "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" valued of THB 35 - 40 for 1 coupon. Calculate spending after deduct of discounts from other promotion during the promotion period.
4. KTC will deliver the "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" or "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" to the eligible cardmembers of this program. Through the KTC Mobile App within the same day that cardmembers have spending according to conditions. Cardmembers must click to receive the "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" or "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" in order to redeem the product within May 15, 2020. If the cardmember does not receive the "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone "or" e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S "within the specified time. KTC reserves the right to cancel the "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" or "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" without prior notice.

6. Receive "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" according to this promotion, only spending via the card THB 150 - 299 per 1 sales slip and "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" only for spending via the card THB 300 or more per 1 sales slip after deduction of other promotions only, sales slip cannot be separated.
7. Limited to receive 8,120 privileges "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" and "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" for a total of 11,035 privileges throughout the campaign.
8. "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone" and "e-Coupon Dairy Queen Blizzard size S" according to this promotion, use of coupons to receive 1 right / 1 receipt by using the e-Coupon in front of the staff to get the privilege only. And cannot be granted rights by capturing the mobile screen
9. Can use the e-Coupon at the participating Dairy Queen stores. Except for the following branches: Jungceylon Branch 1, Jungceylon 2, Central Festival Samui, Asiatique, Outdoor Store, Truck Shop, Mobile Store, Airport Everywhere, Hospital, Gas stations, universities, bus stations, office buildings, Victory Monument.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
