Terms and Conditions for extra 100 KTC FOREVER points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER and spend on card at participating stores during 15/11/2023 - 30/04/2024 according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
4. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 300 Baht per sales slip at participating store, will earn extra 100 KTC Points into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions.
5. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
