Promotion get discount on first order at foodpanda with KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at foodpanda mobile application or www.foodpanda.co.th on March 1^st, 2025 –  April 30^st , 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC Cardmembers who are new to foodpanda receive 40% discounts up to THB 80 on foodpanda application or www.foodpanda.co.th with minimum order of THB 149 after delivery fee and other discounts ( 1 time /new user) and users must fill in the code KTCNC25 in the promo code field and choose a type of KTC credit as the payment method before placing an order.
3. Limited to 3,000 redemption/month and a total of 30,000 for the entire promotional period.
4. Promotion is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 from 1 March 2025 to 30 April 2025
5. This promotion does not include delivery fee and cannot be combined with any other foodpanda promotions.
6. Users are responsible for extra charges that may occur after discount reduction and promo code cannot be used in future usage or exchanged for cash.
7. foodpanda reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notification as well as the right to arbitrate any controversy that may occur as a result of this promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
