Promotion at GrabFood with KTC credit cards and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD

Terms and conditions of promotion code KTCNEW for KTC new users

1. Receive 100 Baht discount with minimum spend of THB 300 (exclude delivery fee) for new users who’ve never used GrabFood service before.
2. Consumers must input KTCNEW in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a KTC Credit Card or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD cash card for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 Apr 24 – 31 Mar 25 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemptions per consumer.
5. Limited monthly redemptions.
6. Limited to 2,400 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
7. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
8. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
9. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
10. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
11. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
12. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and KTCs decision shall be deemed final.

Terms and conditions of promotion code KTCFOOD for KTC Existing users

1. Receive THB 50 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill KTCFOOD in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a KTC Credit Card or KTC PROUD UNINONPAY / MASTERCARD before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 Apr 24 to 31 Mar 25 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to2 redemptions per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 1,666 redemptions per month and 20,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.

10. Grab and card issuer reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and card issuer’s decision shall be deemed final.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Apr 24 - 31 May 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores at the minimum of 300 Baht per sales slip, for Grab New users will get 80 Baht discount. For Grab Existing User will get 50 Baht discount instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
