Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 Jul 24 - 14 Jan 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following promotion is for KTC JCB Credit Card only
3. Cardmembers who spend on KTC JCB Credit Card at participating stores at the minimum of THB 500 per sales slip and input discount code : KTCDINEOUT, will get THB 100  instant discount.

Terms & Conditions for code : KTCDINEOUT | Enjoy discount THB 100 off when order at least THB 500 at GrabFood Dine-out service.

1. Receive discount THB 100 off with minimum spend of THB 500 on GrabFood Dine-out service.
2. Consumers must fill KTCDINEOUT in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC JCB Credit Cards before placing the food order.

Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the consumer receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order.
9. Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and card issuer’s decision shall be deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
