This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 Apr 24 – 31 Mar 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC UNIONPAY and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem 399 points for a discount code valued at 50 THB via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.

Consumers must fill a code which is redeemed from KTC Application and choose GrabPay as a payment method using a KTC Credit Card before placing the food order.
This coupon can be used with other discount codes with conditions specified by Grab
The discount coupon is valid from 1 Apr 24 – 31 Mar 25 or until redemptions last.
Limited to 4,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.

Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
Grab and card scheme reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and card scheme’s decision shall be deemed final.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
