This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC MASTERCARD (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Grab mobile application between 22 Mar 23 - 18 Jun 23 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: All types of KTC VISA, KTC JCB, KTC UNIONPAY and KTC PROUD

Receive THB 120 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 400 on GrabFood service.
Consumers must fill GUKTCMC in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC Mastercard Credit Card before placing the food order and consumers must be GrabUnlimited Users.
The promotion code is valid from 22 May 2023 to 18 June 2023 or until redemptions last.
Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer throughout the campaign period.
Limited to 60 redemptions per day and 1,680 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except auto-applied discount from merchants and GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the consumer receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
Grab and card issuer reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and card issuer’s decision shall be deemed final.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
