Terms & Conditions for Points Redemption on the KTC Mobile Application

1. Please notify staff before each usage of this special privilege.
2. This promotional campaign is only for payments with KTC credit cards at foodpanda.
3. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have “KTC FOREVER points (“points/a point”). KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Center, all KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
4.  KTC reserves the right to offer privileges in this campaign to KTC cardmembers who use KTC FOREVER points to redeem for 50 Bah discount codes on the KTC Mobile application according to specified terms only.
5. KTC FOREVER points will be automatically deducted from credit card points used for redemption according to the specified amount.
6. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient KTC FOREVER points as specified. Cardmembers are not eligible for this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.
7. This privilege may not be combined with other sales promotions.

Terms and Conditions 10% Discount

1. Please inform staff prior to be eligible for these privileges.
2. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during promotion period according to specified conditions only.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING. (excluding cardmembers are depending on mechanic of the promotion)
4. The cardmembers will receive a discount up to 10% of the normal price of products / services. Before including 10% Service Charge and 7% Value Added Tax (VAT)
5. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
