Terms and conditions of promotion code KTCVISANEW for KTC VISA credit card new users

1. Receive 100 Baht discount with minimum spend of THB 300 (exclude delivery fee) for new users who’ve never used GrabFood service before.
2. Consumers must input KTCVISANEW in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a KTC VISA Credit Card for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 25 Sep 2023 – 31 Dec 2023 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemptions per consumer.
5. Limited monthly redemptions.
6. Limited to 10,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
7. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
8. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
9. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
10. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
11. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
12. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and KTCs decision shall be deemed final.
