Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at LINE MAN application during 15 Mar 24 - 28 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD VISA CASH CARD

Terms and conditions for NEW Upcountry USERS promotion:

1. KTC cardmembers order at LINE MAN for the first time enjoy 80 THB discount. Apply code KTCUP80
2. Promotion applicable for order with minimum spend of THB 200 (food only) for customers who never pay via Rabbit LINE Pay / Credit card / Debit card on LINE MAN.
3. Promotion is applicable for KTC cardmember who are first time users at LINE MAN mobile application
4. Applicable for order from LINE MAN partners in 10 selected provinces ; Chonburi, Chiangmai, Nakhonpathom, Nakhonratchasima, Ayutthaya, Songkhla, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Khonkaen, and Phitsanulok
5. Limit 1 redemption/ order/ user throughout the campaign period
6. Total 900 redemptions/month or 10,800 redemptions throughout the campaign period
7. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
8. Valid from 15 March 2024 – 28 February 2025
9. User agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and cannot be exchanged into cash or can be used as a discount for the next purchase.
10. LINE MAN reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, LINE MAN’s decision shall be deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
