Discount Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC VISA and KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC VISA and KTC MASTERCARD (“a card/cards”) at participating restaurants during the period between 15 April - 15 July 2020 ("Program Period") under the conditions specified only
2. KTC reserves the right except KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card members to not be able to participate in this program. 
3. When cardmembers have spending via the card. According to conditions specified to sales slip at participating stores Members will receive immediate discounts of up to 10% of the normal price of products / services.
4. In the event that there is a difference of value after deduction of this discount Members must pay the difference with the card only.

5% Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC MASTERCARD at the minimum of 300 Baht (“a card/cards”) to pay by KTC QR Pay on KTC Mobile Application only during 15 April 2020 – 15 July 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD,
3. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month
6. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
7. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party. 
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record. 
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers. 
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/ seller/ service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services. 
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and is not involved regarding any products/ services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/ services, or sales slip/ tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/ or the owner of product or service directly. 
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/ or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
