Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon redemption

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 December 2023 – 29 February 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem 399 points for a discount code valued at 50 THB via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
4. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
5. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.

Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon usage

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at participating stores during 1 December 2023 – 29 February 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. E-Coupon must be redeem via Lineman application
3. KTC reserves the right to limit the usage of one e-Coupon per each payment per sales slip. Multiple sales slip cannot be combined.
4. Only for KTC card member.
5. Discount code can be redeemed on the payment/ check-out page in ShopeeFood.
6. Discount code can not be use with product or as payment through Shopee application.
7. Use 399 points to redeem food discount code value of 50 Baht with a minimum order of 100 Baht when ordering food via ShopeeFood.
8. Redemption period: 1 December 2023 – 29 February 2024 .
9. Limit 1 rights/order.
10. Limit 2,080 rights/month.
11. Discount code is eligible for all partners and branches who participate in the campaign within the service area in ShopeeFood service area.
12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, coupons or privileges.
13. Cannot be returned or changed to cash or other promotions.
14. Company does not accept the responsibility for the amount that is not fully used. The difference cannot be kept to use with another order.
15. ShopeeFood’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
