Terms and conditions of THB 80 discount for new user on GrabFood

1. Receive THB 80 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 250 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill UPFNEW in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using UnionPay Credit and Debit Card issued in Thailand before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 June 2024 to 30 September 2024 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per consumer.
5. Limited to 648 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Eligible for users who make payment using a UnionPay debit and credit card (issued in Thailand only) for the first time on Grab or for the first time since 1 January 2023.
7. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
8. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
9. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
10. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
11. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
12. Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be deemed final.

1. Receive THB 60 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 250 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill UPF60 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using UnionPay Credit and Debit Card issued in Thailand before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 or until redemptions last. or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 2 redemption per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 278 redemptions per day and 8,633 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.

2. Consumers must fill UPF25 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using UnionPay Credit and Debit Card issued in Thailand before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 or until redemptions last. or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 2 redemption per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 150 redemptions per day and 4,662 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
