The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card & K Family (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Kouen all branches during 1 May 2023 - 30 June 2023 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, all types of KTC PROUD cash card, as well as KTC employees and employees of any company involved in this Promotion.
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register by draw ticket and put in the lucky box at Kouen all branches.
Cardmembers who spend on card as specified by the terms and conditions, with every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will receive 2 lucky draw chance.
Any refund from cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
The prize in this Promotion is Japan Trip 6 days 4 nights valued 180,000 Baht each, total 2 pieces, total valued 360,000 Baht, Travel itinerary between 24 October 2023 - 29 October 2023.
Kouen will calculate the total lucky draw chance for each Cardmember based on the total coupon at every end of month.
At the end of May 2023, Kouen will be put draw ticket together in the draw pool and will be drawn for the lucky winner on 8 June 2023 from 18:30 hours and at the end of June 2023, Kouen will be put draw ticket together in the draw pool and will be drawn for the lucky winner on 8 July 2023 from 18:30 hours at Kouen Premium Buffet I'm Park branch, 355 I'm Park Tower, B001-B003, B010, G Floor, Charoen Mueang Road, Wang Mai Subdistrict, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330, with reference to license no. 2538/2565 issued by Department of Provincial Administration dated 1 May 2023.

In the case that any lucky winner name has been drawn for more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only 1 highest valued prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the Promotion Period.
The lucky winners, who receive any prize valued more than 1,000 Baht, will be responsible for withholding tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or as stipulated by any other applicable law (if any).
Kouen reserves the right to hold the prize until the lucky winners will pay for all related taxes and/or other relevant expenses (if any) as specified by Kouen.
The lucky winners and their travel companion must have valid passport for more than 6 months and be qualified or not be prohibited to travel to Japan. Also, the lucky winners must travel within the date, time, place and/or in conditions as specified by Kouen.
Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmembers’ consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
