Discount Terms and Conditions
- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer a discount to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of You&I Premium Suki Buffet (the “participating stores”) during 1 May 2019 – 30 June 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a discount under this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
- The cardmembers, who have spent with the card at the participating stores according to specified conditions, will get 5% discount from regular price of products/services.
- If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
- The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of a discount offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption Terms and Conditions
- KTC receives the right to offer an additional discount by redeeming KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) to the KTC credit cardmembers (“the cardmembers”) who have KTC Points and spend with the card at participating branches of You&I Premium Suki Buffet (the “participating stores”) during 1 May 2019 – 30 June 2019 (the “promotion period) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- KTC reserves the right to give the additi onal discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive the additional discount 15% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
- In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for the additional discount under this promotion.
- KTC Points redemption for the additional discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
- The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
- KTC reserves the right to give the additional discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
Top Frequency Terms and Conditions
- This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (the “card”) at participating branches of You&I Premium Suki Buffet (the “participating stores”) during 1 May 2019 – 30 June 2019 (the “promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- KTC reserves the right to calculate spending amount with the card in order to give the prize under this promotion from spending amount whereas the spending amount must be at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude the refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- The prize of this promotion is Hong Kong travel package 3 days 2 nights, consisting of round-trip air ticket Bangkok - Hong Kong, 3 days 2 nights with 4-star accommodation or equivalent and 4 meals for 2 persons, worth 60,000 Baht per prize, 5 prizes, total prize value of 300,000 Baht. The prize does not include plane ticket issuing fee, fuel tax, airport tax, and/or any other relevant expenses. In this connection, the top spending cardmember are required to pay those excluding expenses.
- At the end of this promotion, KTC will select the first 5 top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often at the participating stores in accordance with KTC’s credit card usage record, and will announce the list of top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often at www.ktc.co.th within 31 July 2019. KTC will contact the cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often to inform of procedures, terms and conditions of the prize receiving via phone number or E-mail, which the cardmembers have provided to KTC, within 15 days from the day of top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often announcement. The top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often are required to contact for receiving the prize under the determined terms and conditions within the determined period only, otherwise KTC will assume that the top cardmembers disclaim the prize.
- KTC reserves the right to give the prize to top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often whose name and family name shown on identification card or Passport is consistent with the name shown on the card only.
- KTC reserves the right to give the prize under this promotion only up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period.
- If there is more than 5 top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often who has good payment record and more frequently spend with the card on a continuous basis under this promotion. KTC’s decision is deemed final. In the case that the eligible top cardmember with the frequency of spending via the card most often is disqualified or does not meet any terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the following eligible top cardmember with the frequency of spending via the card most often.
- The top cardmembers with the frequency of spending via the card most often acknowledge and agree to pay tax (if any) at the rate determined by laws to You and I Group. Co.,Ltd or You&I Premium Suki Buffet and KTC reserves the right not to award until the lucky cardmember will pay all taxes and/or other relevant expenses (if any) according to the specified conditions until complete within the specified period.
- The employees of KTC, as well as the employees of the companies related to this promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The cardmembers with the right to receive prizes and the traveling companion must have a passport that is valid for more than 6 months before the date of travel, and must have qualifications or not being a person prohibited in traveling to Taiwan, including traveling within days, times and places and / or other conditions as determined by KTC only.
- The participation in this promotion is considered that the top spending cardmembers agree to participate in PR activities, or to present at the relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take photographs to promote the photographs and the name of top spending cardmembers on newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to top spending cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.
General Terms and Conditions Promotion
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
- KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
- KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
