“On Top Discount” Terms and Conditions
- This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating restaurants during 1 May 2019 – 31 July 2019 according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
- The cardmembers who have spent with the card at participating merchants. per sales slip according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get up to 10% discount from regular price or other privileges of products/services.
- Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Lucky Draw terms and conditions
- This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating restaurants during 1 May 2019 – 31 July 2019 according to specified conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC SME COMMERCIAL VISA GOLD , KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of, KTC PROUD Cash Card. as well as KTC employees and the employees of companies related to this promotion.
- The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht/ sales slip at the participating restaurants will get 1 right to lucky draw throughout the promotion period. Spending less than 1,000 Baht or cannot be divided with 1,000 in full number will not be calculated by KTC for the right.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude the spending amount under installment payment with KTC card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, all types of LTF/RMF, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase, Tax refund, and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- The prize of this promotion is a packaged tour comprising of 1. Round trip plane ticket of Economy Class (Bangkok-Seoul) of Korean Air for 2 seats, valued 40,000 Baht. 2. Accommodation for 1 night including breakfast for 2 persons at Lotte Hotel Seoul, valued 10,500 Baht. 3. Gift voucher from Lotte Duty Free, valued 1,500 Baht, altogether 5 prizes of each valued 52,000 Baht, total prize valued 260,000 Baht (two hundred sixty thousand baht only). The mentioned prizes exclude personal expense and/or any relating expense.
- KTC will calculate the number of rights to lucky draw of each cardmember from the accumulated spending amount by each card of the same cardholder name at the end of this promotion. KTC reserves the right to consider the cardmembers who have qualification according to the specified conditions by sticking to KTC database as final.
- At the end of the promotion, KTC will print 1 ticket per 1 right to lucky draw of cardmembers, showing full name and credit card number of cardmembers (example 1234 56XXXXXX 7890) who have right to lucky draw, and will collect all tickets for lucky draw which will take place on 3 September 2019 from 14.00 hours at KTC TOUCH Central Chaengwattana according to license number 49/2562 issued by District Office of Pakkred, Nonthaburi.
- KTC reserves the right to draw 10 substitute lucky winners for each prize and will give the prize to the substitute lucky winner respectively in the case that the prior lucky winner disclaim the prize or is disqualified to receive the prize in accordance with specified conditions. If there is no lucky winner/substitute lucky winner who is eligible to receive the prize, KTC reserves the right to cancel the prize without prior notice.
- KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at www.ktc.co.th within 10 September 2019. KTC will contact the lucky winner to inform details and terms and conditions of the prize receiving via post mail for statement that the cardmembers have provided to KTC, within 30 days from the day of the lucky winners announcement. The lucky winners/substitute lucky winners are required to contact for receiving the prize under the determined terms and conditions within the determined period only otherwise KTC will assume that the cardmembers disclaim the prize.
- The lucky winner and his/her companion to travel must have the passport with more than 6 months to expiry date and have qualification to travel to Korea, and also have to travel with the date, time, place, and conditions determined by KTC.
- In the case that the lucky winner receives more than 1 prizes, KTC reserves the right to give the highest value prize only up to 1 prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the promotion period.
- The lucky winners who receive any prize valued over 1,000 Baht shall pay 5%, or any enforceable rate as determined by laws, withholding tax of prize value inaccordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528, and/or any other laws or regulations (if any).
- KTC reserves the right to give the prize to lucky winners whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the card only. KTC also reserves the right to not give the prize until the lucky winners paid all taxes and/or other relevant expenses (if any) under the determined terms and conditions and within the period determined by KTC.
- The participation in this promotion is considered that the lucky winners agree to participate in PR activities, or to present at the relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take photographs and the name of lucky winners on newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relations purpose. All rights relating to lucky winners’ photograph shall belong to KTC.
e-Coupon Korean Air Code terms and conditions
- The plane tickets that participate in this promotion must be issued during 1 May 2019 8.30 A.M. to 31 July 2019 5.30 P.M. and for traveling schedule during 1 May 2019 8.30 A.M. to 31 January 2020 5.30 P.M. (can be used for traveling during 1 May 2019 – 23 July 2019, 17 August 2019 – 19 December 2019, and 30 December 2019 – 31 January 2020)
- We reserve the right for customers who book and pay for the plane ticket in full amount with KTC (VISA/MASTER CARD only) via the website or mobile application of Korean Air only.
- The passengers will get up to 15% discount on only the air fare excluding airport tax, fuel fee, and other fee by stating the discount code they have got prior to processing with the payment.
- We reserve the right for the plane tickets scheduled to depart Bangkok, Chiangmai, Phuket to arrive at destination in Korea (such as INC and PUS) with the flight of Korean Air only. The mentioned discount is not for joint flight and any flight with stopover schedule.
- We reserve the right to give 10% discount for the plane ticket of Business Class with booking class J/C/D only. The mentioned price already includes baggage check in and on board service.
- We reserve the right to give 15% discount for the plane ticket of Economy Class with Booking class H/E/K/L/U/Q only. The mentioned price already includes baggage check in and on board service.
- The plane ticket of of Economy Class with lowest Booking class may earn 70% of all mileage and cannot be used for seat upgrading.
- If there is any change occurred after the plane ticket was issued (traveling date, Booking Class, route or others), the promotional discount will be cancelled and the passenger will be required to pay for the ticket cost difference, the fee to issue new ticket, and any other fee (if any).
- The plane ticket under this promotion cannot be transferred to any other passenger in any case at all.
- The special priced plane ticket under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign of the airline during the promotion period.
- The passenger may be requested to present the KTC credit card used for the payment at check-in counter.
- The discount, gift voucher, and privilege under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, any other goods or services.

- Korean Air reserves the right to change, add, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
