Promotion at Laem Charoen Seafood KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores except Rayong Branch during August 1^st, 2024 – October 31^st, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only. 
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will get 5% instant discount on the normal food price, not including special food of goods/services purchased, dessert, and alcohol beverages (Not including service charge of 10%)

Terms and Conditions for Payment for Goods/Services with KTC FOREVER Points in lieu of Cash

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores except Rayong Branch during August 1^st, 2024 – October 31^st, 2024  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmembers, who spend on card will be eligible to pay for goods/services with 1,000 KTC FOREVER, equivalent to cash value of 100 Baht, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.  

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during August 1^st, 2024 – October 31^st, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only exclude Rayong Branch.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmember can redeem 3,000 KTC FOREVER to get a discount of 600 Baht via KTC Mobile App according to the specified terms and conditions. 
4. Discount can be used at all branches of Laem Charoen Seafood except Rayong Branch with a minimum spend of 3,000 Baht/sales slip. Any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. Minimum pending of 3,000 Baht/sales slip is final price after deducting all discount, cannot be used with promotion redeem 1,000 KTC FOREVER to get 100 Baht, vouchers and discounts of member cards.
6. Limit to the first 1,000 transactions only. Limit to 1 redemption / customer throughout the promotional period.
7. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.  
8. The discount is expired within 1 day after the redemption date and can be used before the expired date only (check expired date in KTC Mobile)
9. Please notify staff and slide to redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege. 
10. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances. 
11. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
12. In case of cancelled or refund, discount cannot be refunded in any case.
13. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Product

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”), who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”), to redeem for specific product at participating stores except Rayong Branch during August 1^st, 2024 – October 31^st, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmembers can redeem 2,999 KTC FOREVER for Deep Fried Seabass valued 545 – 595 Baht at customer service counter of participating stores on the day of card transaction in accordance with the specified terms and conditions only or redeem 1,499 KTC FOREVER points to get Haw Mok - Steamed Curry Fish valued 210 – 250 Baht

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
