Installment payment with KTC Card plan terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer a discount to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating educational institute during  August 1st, 2019 – October 31st, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a credit cash back under this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right in installment payment for participate goods/services with according to specified conditions only
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Goods/services which do not participate in installment payment with KTC Card 0% plan can be participate in 0.80% installment payment with KTC Card plan up to 10 months, 0.99% installment payment up to 18 months and 1.29% installment payment up to 24 months with KTC PROUD with minimum price of 3,000 Baht.
6. The installment payment from KTC PROUD cannot receive KTC FORVER points.

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee installment payment with KTC Card Plan (“0% installment payment with KTC Card Plan”) at participating stores under MCC Code: 8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299, 8351 (“participating stores”) during August 1st, 2019 – October 31st, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type EDF, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% installment payment with KTC Card Plan at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:
   - Get 300 Baht cash back when having installment payment 20,000 – 49,999 Baht/sales slip
   - Get 1,000 Baht cash back when having installment payment 50,000 – 89,999 Baht/sales slip
   - Get 2,000 Baht cash back when having installment payment 90,000 – 119,999 Baht/sales slip
   - Get 3,000 Baht cash back when having installment payment 120,000 Baht up/sales slip
6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under 0% installment payment with KTC Card Plan occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only, and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
7. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount which can be divided by 1,000 into a full number only, at the rate of every 20,000 , 50,000 , 90,000 and 120,000  Baht of spending amount.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
9. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account.
10. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
12. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
13. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
14. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 10,000 Baht per [1 credit card number/ 1 cardmember] throughout the promotion period

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at all branches of Watsons store and Watsons Online during August 1st, 2019 – October 31st, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD Cash card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type EDR, space following by 16-digit credit card number #spending/sales slip, and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/wat. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.

In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the full payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period.
9. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of promotion period.
10. Only for the full payment, the cardmembers can redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for 120 Baht cash back. The maximum KTC points to redeem do not over than spending amount per sales slip
11. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. And must pay for the spending amount with the same card used for the point redemption only.
12. KTC reserves the right to give cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem in accordance with specified conditions only.
13. KTC points will be deducted from the cardmember’s credit card account equal to the redeeming points when make a SMS registration for credit a credit cash back under this promotion.

3. The cardmembers who have spent with the card from 50,000 Baht according to specified conditions, will receive 1 unit of KTC My bottle which has value of 350 Baht by present the sales slip to the customer service counter of any participating stores that join the promotion within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer complimentary gift under this promotion only up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip per card number throughout the promotion period.
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. There are 20 units of complimentary gift under this promotion.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
