Terms and Conditions for On Top Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card  (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card in online channel at www.HomePro.co.th or Homepro Application on Tuesday only during 10 October 2023 - 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating store at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per order, will get instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.
4. Limit 1 account per 1 discount per day.
5. KTC reserve the right to give discounts only for full payment items.
6. KTC reserve the right to exclude all types of points. for spending via card received a discount under this item The members will receive normal points from the said spending. into the card account of members to go first automatically And all such points will be deducted from the member's card within 30 days after the last day of month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
