KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during November 14th, 2019 – January 8th, 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC points equal to spending amount per sales slip to get 12% or 15% discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
5. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
9. KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 sales slip per day.
0% installment Payment with KTC Card plan terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating stores during November 14th, 2019 – January 8th, 2020 according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Goods/services that do not participate in 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan can be participate in 0.80% Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online plan which has interest and credit line usage fee of 0.80% up to 10 months with minimum price of 3,000 Baht.
Cash Back when spending with KTC Card (by tier) Terms and Conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee Installment payment with KTC Card Plan (“0% Installment payment with KTC Card Plan”) at participating stores under category furniture, MCC Code: 5039 , 5200 , 5211, 5251, 5712, 5714, 5719, 5039, 5051, 5713 (“participating stores”) during November 14th, 2019 – January 8th, 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type IN, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% Installment payment with KTC Card Plan at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:

• Get 300 Baht cash back when have spending amount 20,000 - 44,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 1,200 Baht cash back when have spending amount 45,000 - 74,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 2,000 Baht cash back when have spending amount 75,000 - 119,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 4,000 Baht cash back when have spending amount 120,000 - 199,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 8,000 Baht cash back when have spending amount 200,000 Baht up/sales slip
Full payment
• Get 200 Baht cash back when have spending amount 20,000 - 44,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 700 Baht cash back when have spending amount 45,000 - 74,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 1,500 Baht cash back when have spending amount 75,000 - 119,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 2,700 Baht cash back when have spending amount 120,000 - 199,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 5,000 Baht cash back when have spending amount 200,000 Baht up/sales slip
6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount with KTC Card occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
