Special Privilege for KTC Credit Card at Shell HELIX OILCHANGE+ and ProServ

Terms & Conditions for Installment Payments with 0% Interest with KTC Credit Card

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods and/or services with KTC credit card (“a credit card/credit cards”) at participating branches of SHELL HELIX OILCHANGE + and SHELL ProServ from 1 Apr 20 – 30 Sep 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. KTC reserves the right to restrict the option to pay in installments with 0% interest using KTC credit cards for purchases of oil change valued at 1,500 Baht/sales slip for participating goods/services according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash withdrawals, interests, fines and any other fees and charges, including refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchases, credit cash backs from tax refunds and/or all types of refunds from the calculation of privileges to offer to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Goods/services excluded from this KTC promotional payment in installments with 0% interest may be paid for using installment services with KTC credit card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online with an interest rate and credit usage fee of 0.80% up to 10 months with a minimum good/services value of 3,000 baht.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
