KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Mitsubishi Service Center nationwide during 1 Jun 19 – 30 Nov 19 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD Cash Card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type MB, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/mitsubishi In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion
6. A cardmember who spends with a KTC credit card 1,000/sales slip and members can use points for every 1,000 points to redeem cash back according to the specified conditions only.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.    
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. The KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers can redeem only the KTC FOREVER points earned before 1 November 2013 under this promotion only.
10. The cardmembers who want to transfer the points from their any other KTC credit cards to the card registered for the privilege of cash back redemption under this promotion must complete the transferal of the mentioned points within the last day of each calendar month during the promotion period (within 30 Jun 2019, 31 Jul 2019, 31 Aug 2019, 30 Sep 2019, 31 Oct 2019 and 30 Nov 2019) 
11. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed [on a monthly basis / at the end of the promotion period].   
12. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account according to specified conditions under this promotion within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month (60 days after 30 Jun 2019, 31 Jul 2019, 31 Aug 2019, 30 Sep 2019, 31 Oct 2019 and 30 Nov 2019) 
Examples of the calculation to give cash back with point redemption
【 Example 1 】
A cardmember who spends with a KTC credit card 15,000/sales slip and he has 20,000 KTC Points available in his successfully registered card, the card points will be deducted by 15,000 and receive 15% cash back of the 15,000 Baht spending amount which is equal to 2,250 Baht.

【 Example 2 】
A cardmember who spends with a KTC credit card 15,000/sales slip and he has 9,000 KTC Points available in his successfully registered card, the card points will be deducted by 9,000 and receive 15% cash back of the 9,000 Baht spending amount which is equal to 1,350 Baht. Because the cardmember has only 9,000 KTC Points available in his credit card account that is less than the actual spending amount, KTC then converts the points into cash back in accordance with the amount of available points only.

 

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
