Special Privilege for KTC Credit Card at Participating Top Car Brands

Complimentary Gift Terms and Conditions (McDonald’s Gift Voucher)

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at [participating branches of participating stores] during 29 Nov 19 – 31 Dec 19 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude cardmembers of all types of KTC PROUND Cash Card.
3. The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions will receive McDonald’s gift voucher valued 100 Baht amount of each pieces, 2 tickets and 5 tickets presenting the sales slip to the customer service counter of any participating stores that join this promotion within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The mentioned gift voucher is valued 100 Baht when redeeming for food and drinks at McDonald’s every branch (except airports and Emquartier) and delivery.
6. The mentioned gift voucher can be used at McDonald’s Dessert counter at ground floor of Arena Impact Muangthong Thani building.
7. The cardmembers are required to present the gift voucher prior to calling for bill checking / notify Call Center 1711 prior to using delivery service.
8. The gift voucher under this promotion cannot be exchanged or changed to cash and its value must be used up within 1 time.
9. McDonald’s reserves the right to not receive any payment by the gift voucher that is damaged, torn, revised or in an imperfect state.
10. The gift voucher under this promotion is valid until 31 May 20 and its terms and conditions shall be according to what provided on the voucher.
11. The gift voucher under this promotion is valid within the expiry date that is stamped on the voucher.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
