Pay with KTC Credit Card​ and Redeem Points for Up to 33% Cashback

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend via the card at participating Bangchak petrol stations during July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, , KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BCP, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number the “#” symbol, and 16 Bangchak membership number , and type BC, <space> followed by 16 credit card digits “#” symbol, and 0 for cardmembers only with a KTC credit card to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/gas-auto/gas/bangchak-cashback within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 100 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every100 KTC Points  for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.
10. Cardmembers will earn credit cash backs according to specified terms and conditions by converting rewards points in the amount equivalent to the transaction made under the Gas Station category with MCC Codes 5541 and 5542 each month, and when cardmembers get every fuel refill valued at 100 Baht with a KTC credit card and redeem 100 KTC FOREVER points, which are categorised as follows:
1. KTC credit cardmembers who get fuel refills at Bangchak and Former Esso gas stations earn 33% credit cash back with the usage of every 100 Bangchak and 100 KTC FOREVER points
2. KTC credit cardmembers who get fuel refills at Bangchak and Former Esso gas stations but do not have sufficient Bangchak points according to specified conditions earn 12% credit cash back with the usage of remaining KTC FOREVER points.
3. KTC credit cardmembers who get fuel refills at Bangchak and Former Esso gas stations with more Bangchak points than KTC FOREVER points earn 20% credit cash back with the usage of remaining Bangchak points.
4. KTC credit cardmembers who get fuel refills at Bangchak and Former Esso gas stations but do not have Bangchak points (no Bangchak membership) earn 12% credit cash back with the usage of every 100 KTC FOREVER points.
11. In case of changing registration or cancelled to join campaign please contact KTC Phone 02 123 5000. Change will take effect in the following calendar month. And the previous spending cannot be credited retroactively in any case.
12. Cancelling or any changing cash back will effective for next end of month.
13. All KTC - BANGCHAK credit cardholders still get 1% credit cash back special privilege for payments of gas refills at Bangchak and Former Esso value not exceeding 3,000 Baht/sales slip with KTC credit card.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 50,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2025.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
