KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and Conditions
1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at SHELL gas station every branch nationwide during 1 June 2019 – 31 August 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type SH, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. During 1 June 2019 – 31 august 2019 (“promotion period”) only. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each cardmember only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaim the privilege under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers who spend with KTC credit card at the participating SHELL gas station under category of gas with MCC Code:5541, 5542 at 800 Baht up/sales slip within the promotion period can redeem KTC FOREVER points 800 points up or equal to the spending amount for 15% cash back  or 15 Baht if only the cardmembers have remaining KTC Points in their credit card registered for the privilege under this promotion on the date that KTC calculates more than or equal to the number of KTC Points redeemed for the cash back only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion.
8. KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. For the calculation of the spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis. The cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC Points from any other KTC credit card of them to the card registered for privilege under this promotion must complete the mentioned transferring within last date of the calendar month or the round of promotion (within 30 Jun 2019, 31 Jul 2019, and 31 Aug 2019).
11. KTC will transfer the cash back into KTC credit card account of cardmembers within 60 days from last date of each calendar month (60 days after 30 Jun 2019, 31 Jul 2019, and 31 Aug 2019).
12. For the calculation of the spending amount in the category of gas station with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate only the KTC Points of 800 points or 800 points up from the spending amount on gas that is 800 Baht/sales slip or 800 Baht up/sales slip and redeem it for credit cash back into the card registered for privilege under this promotion. In the case that the cardmembers have KTC Points in their credit card account less than the spending amount calculated, KTC reserves the right to convert the KTC Points into credit cash back in accordance with the remaining KTC Points in the credit card account only.
13. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.  
14. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke, or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
15. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and is not involved regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.

Shell V-Power Gift Voucher terms and conditions (Step 2)
1. When the cardmembers have accumulated spending amount on gas throughout the promotion period 10,000 Baht up, they will get additional Shell V-Power voucher valued 500 Baht
2. KTC reserves the right to limit the Shell V-Power voucher valued 500 Baht /person throughout the promotion period.
3. The Shell V-Power voucher will be delivered to the eligible cardmembers within 90 days after the last day of the promotion period.
4. KTC reserves the right to change the gift voucher to any other prizes with equivalent value without prior notice. It cannot be exchanged or changed to cash.
5. Other terms and conditions on Privilege Step 2 shall be provided by SHELL Thailand Company Limited.

 

X3 Shell ClubSmart points terms and conditions (Step 3)
1. The cardmembers will earn X3 Shell ClubSmart points for their filling tank with Shell V-Power, Gasohol 95, and Shell V-Power Diesel only.
2. The cardmembers are required to present their Shell ClubSmart card for data recording and point collecting every time they fill the tank with Shell gas.
3. Other terms and conditions on Privilege Step 3 shall be provided by SHELL Thailand Company Limited.
