Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan - 30 Jun 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive more 1 bottle of SUSCO drinking water of 1.5 Liter (from normal promotion of that gas service station) valued at 12 Baht by presenting their sales slip to the staff at customer service counter of participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer complimentary gift under this promotion only additional 1 bottle per sales slip per card number per day.
4. KTC reserves the right to not give KTC  points to the cardmembers who spend with KTC card on gas at 1,000 Baht/sales slip at SUSCO gas stations and all outlet at SUSCO gas station under MCC Code: 5541, 5542 and Merchant ID under SUSCO

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The Spending made with all types of KTC credit cards at gas stations nationwide or under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542 will be subject to a spending limit for the calculation of KTC Points and/or cashback benefits. The spending limit will be capped at a maximum of 50,000 THB per card per month, effective April 1, 2025.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
7. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
