Terms & Conditions for Cash Back e-Coupon

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC UNIONPAY credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) and spend on card at all gas stations under the MCC Code: 5541, 5542 participating  during 15 Mar 24 - 31 Aug 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers, who spend on card at the minimum of 900 Baht per sales slip within the Promotion Period, will receive cash back e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”)  20 Baht e-Coupon cash back and transactions  valued at 1,300 Baht per transaction will get a 40 Baht e-Coupon cash back via KTC Mobile App.
3. KTC will send e-Coupon to Cardmembers via KTC Mobile App within the day of card transaction according to this terms and conditions. In this regard, Cardmembers is required to press accept such e-Coupon within 15 days after receipt of such e-Coupon, otherwise such e-Coupon shall be deemed to be forfeited without prior notice.
4. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within the next day of pressing accept such e-Coupon, provided that Cardholders have accepted such e-Coupon before 11.00 P.M. If Cardmembers have accepted such e-Coupon after the aforesaid period, Cardmembers will be credited such cash back within the next 5 days based on Thailand time and KTC’s database.
5. KTC reserves the right to not offer any retrospective e-Coupon to Cardmembers, if the registration to KTC Mobile App has been performed after card transaction date as specified in these terms and conditions.
6. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 900 Baht per sales slip. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
