Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 23/07/2024 - 23/09/2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and KTC PROUD.
3. Cardmembers’ points and credit limit will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
4. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points and credit limit in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points and credit limit."
5. A maximum of 4 coupon redemptions per person (including all cards) is allowed throughout the promotion period.
6. Only one coupon (50 THB discount) can be used per fuel purchase per transaction.
7. This offer is valid only for Caltex Power Diesel with Techron D. Other fuel types and Caltex engine oils are not eligible for this promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
