KTC FOREVER points for Cash Back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 1 May 20 – 31 Dec 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who wish to receive credit cash backs under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AT1 followed by a space, 16 credit card digits, the “#” symbol and the transaction amount to participate in the privilege to earn up to 3% credit cash backs or type AT followed by a space, 16 credit card digits, the “#” symbol and the transaction amount to participate in the privilege to earn up to 12% credit cash backs (or 120 Baht) to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message) with the usage of every 1,000 points. 4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
7. When the cardmembers have spending amount with KTC credit card (“card”) for goods/services installment payment with 0% interest rate and credit line usage fee at the participating stores under car category, they will be provided with following privileges
    
   • Get up to 3% Cash Back when spending for 0% installment payment at SMBWheel under car tire category and leading car service centers that participate in this promotion in accordance with following conditions
     • Get 200 Baht Cash Back when spending for installment payment 12,000 – 24,999 Baht/sales slip
     • Get 500 Baht Cash Back when spending for installment payment 30,000 – 49,999 Baht/sales slip
     • Get 1,000 Baht Cash Back when spending for installment payment 50,000 – 79,999 Baht/sales slip
     • Get 2,500 Baht Cash Back when spending for installment payment 80,000 Baht up/sales slip
     *KTC reserves the right to not give KTC FOREVER points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
   • Get 12% Cash Back when spending amount when having installment payment amount every 1,000 Baht/sales slip and redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER Points for additional 12% cash back or 120 Baht.
      
   Examples of the calculation to give cash back with point redemption
   【 Example 1 】
   A cardmember who spends with a KTC credit card 10,000 Baht/sales slip and he has 20,000 KTC Points available in his successfully registered card, the card points will be deducted by 10,000 and receive 12% cash back of the 1,200 Baht spending amount which is equal to 1,200 Baht.
   【 Example 2 】
   A cardmember who spends with a KTC credit card 10,000 Baht/sales slip and he has 9,000 KTC Points available in his successfully registered card, the card points will be deducted by 9,000 and receive 12% cash back of the 9,000 Baht spending amount which is equal to 1,080 Baht. Because the cardmember has only 9,000 KTC Points available in his credit card account that is less than the actual spending amount, KTC then converts the points into cash back in accordance with the amount of available points only.
   **Please note that the cardmembers must have KTC Points remaining in their credit card account equal to or more than the accumulated KTC Points redeemed for the additional cash back in order to get the privilege of cash back under this promotion. In the case that the cardmembers have KTC Points remaining in their credit card account less than the actual spending amount, KTC reserves the right to convert the points into additional cash back in accordance with the available points in the credit card account which can be divided by 1,000 into a full number only
8. The KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers cannot join the additional 12% Cash Back
9. Cardmembers who wish to transfer points from other KTC credit cards to the card registered for credit cash back redemptions under this promotion must complete their point transfers within the last day of each calendar month during the promotion period (by 31 May 20, 30 Jun 20, 31 Jul 20, 31 Aug 20, 30 Sep 20, 31 Oct 20, 30 Nov 20 and 31 Dec 20)
10. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive credit cash back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount/sales slip starting from the successful registration onwards only.
11. KTC will credit credit cash backs into cardmembers’ credit card accounts according to specified conditions under this promotion within 60 days after the last day of the calendar month (60 days after 31 May 20, 30 Jun 20, 31 Jul 20, 31 Aug 20, 30 Sep 20, 31 Oct 20, 30 Nov 20 and 31 Dec 20)

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
