Lucky draw terms and conditions to win the prizes at beauty stores nationwide

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores nationwide under category Beauty , MCC Code Beauty 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011, and 8099 (“participating stores”) during 1 October 2019 – 31 December 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who have KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, as well as KTC employees and the employees of companies related to this promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. The cardmembers who want to participate in this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type BTR, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. The cardmembers who spend with KTC credit cards during the promotion every 3,000 Baht per sales slip will get a right to lucky draw. Spending less than 3,000 Baht will not be calculated by KTC for the right.
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash advance, 0% Installment payment with KTC via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. The prize of this promotion has total 111 pieces, with details as follows:
   1st Prize: 100% Credit cash back*, 1 prize.
   2nd Prize: 50% Credit cash back*, 10 prizes.
   3rd Prize: Credit cash back valued 3,000 Baht, 100 prizes.
7. KTC will calculate the number of rights to lucky draw of each cardmember from the accumulated card spending amount by each card of the same cardholder/ all applicable cards under the same cardholder name from the successful registration date according to specified conditions only.
8. At the end of the promotion, KTC will print 1 ticket per 1 right to lucky draw of cardmembers, showing full name and card number of cardmembers who have right to lucky draw, and will collect all tickets for lucky draw which will take place on 29 January 2020 from 14:00 hours at Tinidee Hotel @Bangkok Golf Club, 99/3 Tiwanon Road, Bangkradee Subdistrict, Muang District, Pathum Thani Province, according to license no. 152/2562 issued by District Office of Pathum Thani Province dated 20 August 2019.
9. KTC reserves the right to draw 20 substitute lucky winners for each prize in the case that the prior lucky winner disclaims the prize or is disqualified to receive the prize in accordance with specified conditions. If there is no lucky winners/substitute lucky winner who is eligible to receive the prize, KTC reserves the right to cancel the prize without prior notice.
10. KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at www.ktc.co.th within 6 February 2020. KTC will contact the lucky winners to inform details and terms and conditions of the prize receiving via post mail which the cardmembers have provided to KTC, within 30 days from the day of the lucky winners announcement. The lucky winners/substitute lucky winners are required to contact for receiving the prize under the determined terms and conditions within the determined period only otherwise KTC will assume that the top spending cardmembers disclaims the prize.
11. In the case that the lucky winners receive more than 1 prizes, KTC reserves the right to give the highest valued prize only up to 1 prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the promotion period.
12. The lucky winners who receive any prize valued over 1,000 Baht shall pay 5% or any enforceable rate as determined by laws, withholding tax of prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or any other laws or regulations (if any).
13. KTC reserves the right to give the prize to lucky winners whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only. KTC also reserves the right to not give the prize until the lucky winners paid all taxes and/or other relevant expense (if any) under the determined terms and conditions and within the period determined by KTC.
14. The participation in the promotion is consider that the lucky winners agree to participate in PR activities, or to present at the relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take photographs to promote the photographs and the name of lucky winners on newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to lucky winners’ photographs shall belong to KTC

KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to cardmembers who make Installment payments for goods/services with KTC credit cards with 0% interest rate and credit line usage fee (“0% Installment payment”) at participating stores during promotion period according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type BTF, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number within the date of spending. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. The cardmembers who spend with KTC credit cards on 0% Installment payment at the participating stores will receive a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account as follows:
   •   Cash back 220 Baht when spending on Installment 10,000 - 29,999 Baht per sales slip
   •   Cash back 800 Baht when spending on Installment 30,000 - 69,999 Baht per sales slip
   •   Cash back 2,100 Baht when spending on Installment 70,000 - 119,999 Baht per sales slip
   •   >Cash back 4,200 Baht when spending on Installment 120,000 Baht up per sales slip
5. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the 0% Installment payment with KTC occurred within the same successful registration day or after that in accordance with specified conditions only. The calculation will be based on total spending prior to monthly Installment payment per sales slip under the same credit card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash advance, 0% Installment payment with KTC via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
7. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
