Terms and conditions to get cash back from 0% Installment payment with KTC at participating beauty merchants nationwide

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who make Installment payments for goods/services with KTC credit cards with 0% interest rate and credit line usage fee (“0% Installment payment”) at participating stores nationwide under category Beauty , MCC Code Beauty 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011, and 8099 (“participating stores”) during 1 June 2021 - 30 September 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type BTF, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (Messaging costs vary depending on the service provider.) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beauty, one-time registration per one credit card number within the date of spending. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with KTC credit cards on 0% Installment payment at the participating stores will receive a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account as follows:
   • Cash back 220 Baht when spending on Installment more than 10,000 Baht per sales slip
   • Cash back 990 Baht when spending on Installment more than 35,000 Baht per sales slip
   • Cash back 2,100 Baht when spending on Installment more than 70,000 Baht per sales slip
   • Cash back 4,500 Baht when spending on Installment more than 120,000 Baht per sales slip
6. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the 0% Installment payment with KTC occurred within the same successful registration day or after that in accordance with specified conditions only. The calculation will be based on total spending prior to monthly Installment payment per sales slip under the same credit card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and
   family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash advance, 0% Installment payment with KTC via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

1. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type BTC, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beautymax. 1 time per 1 card number throughout promotion period. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer a 0.5% credit cash back only for a spending with card full payment at the participate merchants throughout promotion period according to specified condition only.
3. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only.
4. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. KTC FOREVER points for 12% cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type BTP, space following by 16-digit credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC FOREVER points to redeem and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beautymax In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
2. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the highest KTC FOREVER points registration made for each card number only.
3. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 1,000 KTC FOREVER Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount which can be divided by 1,000 into a full number only, at the rate of every 1,000 Baht of spending amount in order to receive 12% credit cash back which will be credited to each credit card account.
5. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only. In case of the KTC FOREVER points is less than the amount in sales slip, KTC reserves the right to convert the point into credit cash back that divided by 1,000 into a full number only.
6. KTC Points redemption for products under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.

Terms and conditions to get the privileges of beauty program from the participating partners

1. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers who have spending with KTC credit cards according to specified conditions only.
2. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or any other promotional campaign.

General terms and conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
