Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend with KTC card at participating beauty merchants under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) During 20 Novembet 2023 - 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, as well as KTC employees and employees of any company involved in this Promotion.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BTF, <space> followed by 16-digit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beautyfest within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Cardmembers who make a transaction worth 5,000 baht or more/sales slip with KTC card according to specified conditions will get 1 chance to win prizes under this Promotion.
5. Any refund from cancellation of products/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. The prize of the promotion is credit cash back with 151 quantity and a total worth of 1,000,000 baht.
   •  1st Prize: Credit Cash back worth 150,000 baht (1 prize)
   •  2nd Prize: Credit Cash back worth 10,000 baht (20 prizes)
   •  3rd Prize: Credit Cash back worth 5,000 baht (130 prizes)
7. KTC will calculate the total lucky draw chance for each Cardmember based on the total card spending per sales slip of each card at the end of the Promotion Period.
8. At the end of the Promotion Period, KTC will print out Cardmembers’ names, surnames and KTC card digits on the draw ticket in accordance with the number of lucky draw chances they have been eligible under this Promotion, 1 ticket per 1 chance. After that, those tickets will be put together in the draw pool and drawn for the lucky winner on 1 March 2024 from 13:00 hours at KTC TOUCH, Muang Thong Thani Branch, Room No. PW7/43, PW7/44 Address no. 101-101/1 Popular Road, Banmai Sub-district, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, under license no. 464/2566 issued at Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, dated 14 September 2023
9. KTC reserves the right to draw 10 reserve winners for each prize. In the case that any lucky winner/reserve winner has waived their right/has been disqualified for the prize as specified by KTC, it shall be deemed a waiver of such winner’s right to claim for their prize hereunder. In this connection, KTC will award the prize to the next reserve winner in line. If there is no more reserve winner to be eligible for the prize, KTC will be entitled to withdraw such prize immediately.
10. KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at www.ktc.co.th/beauty by 7 March 2024, and will contact them to inform the procedure and conditions for claiming their prize via post mail, phone number, and e-mail provided to KTC, within 30 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the lucky winners/reserve winners must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim their prize hereunder.
11. In the case that the lucky winner’s name has been drawn for more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to award only 1 highest valued prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the Promotion Period. 
12. The lucky winners, who receive any prize valued more than 1,000 baht, will be responsible for withholding tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or as stipulated by any other applicable law (if any) to the prize provider. The lucky members consent to allow KTC to deduct the tax from the prize that the members are entitled to receive.
13. By joining this Promotion, Cardmembers consent to participate in any PR activities, attend any relevant events, or take part in advertisement photo shootings as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use, and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

Terms and conditions for Credit Cash Back

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive credit cash back privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend in installments (“Installment Payments”) with KTC card at participating beauty merchants under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) During 20 November 2023 - 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text BTF, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beautyfest within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Any refund from cancellation of products/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. Cardmembers who make an installment payment transaction at participating beauty merchants will get the credit cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following installment payment card spending tiers:
   •  Credit Cash back 220 baht when spending on Installments 10,000 – 34,999 baht per sales slip
   •  Credit Cash back 1,000 baht when spending on Installments 35,000 – 69,999 baht per sales slip
   •  Credit Cash back 2,200 baht when spending on Installments 70,000 – 119,999 baht per sales slip
   •  Credit Cash back 4,100 baht when spending on installments 120,000 – 199,999 baht per sales slip
   •  Credit Cash back 6,900 baht when spending on Installment 200,000 baht up per sales slip
7. If cardmembers registered or made transactions to participate in more than 1 promotion under the beauty category, KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges of the promotion based on the last successful registration or transaction only.
8. If cardmembers register more than 1 card to participate in the promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount of each card separately to calculate cash back to be credited in the card accounts.
9. KTC will calculate cash back value based on the total purchase amount of every sales slip before dividing it into monthly installments under the same card digits and will credit cash back to the card account within 60 days after the end of the month that card transaction has been made.
10. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to participate in this Promotion.
11. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending used to calculate cash back credit under this Promotion. KTC points will be automatically credited to Cardmembers’ card accounts from the transaction as usual and those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card accounts on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct all of the KTC points from Cardmembers’ card accounts, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

General terms and conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
