Terms and conditions for Credit Cash Back from Installment payment with KTC

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive credit cash back privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend in installments (“Installment Payments”) with KTC card at JUVENILE CLINIC under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) During 1 February 2024 - 31 May 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text BTF, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beauty within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Any refund from cancellation of products/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. Cardmembers who make an installment payment transaction at participating beauty merchants will get the credit cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following installment payment card spending tiers:
   • Credit Cash back 220 baht when spending on Installments 10,000 – 34,999 baht per sales slip
   • Credit Cash back 1,000 baht when spending on Installments 35,000 – 69,999 baht per sales slip
   • Credit Cash back 2,200 baht when spending on Installments 70,000 – 119,999 baht per sales slip
   • Credit Cash back 4,100 baht when spending on installments 120,000 – 199,999 baht per sales slip
   • Credit Cash back 6,900 baht when spending on Installment 200,000 baht up per sales slip
7. If cardmembers registered or made transactions to participate in more than 1 promotion under the beauty category, KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges of the promotion based on the last successful registration or transaction only.
8. If cardmembers register more than 1 card to participate in the promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount of each card separately to calculate cash back to be credited in the card accounts.
9. KTC will calculate cash back value based on the total purchase amount of every sales slip before dividing it into monthly installments under the same card digits and will credit cash back to the card account within 60 days after the end of the month that card transaction has been made.
10. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to participate in this Promotion.
11. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending used to calculate cash back credit under this Promotion. KTC points will be automatically credited to Cardmembers’ card accounts from the transaction as usual and those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card accounts on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct all of the KTC points from Cardmembers’ card accounts, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

General terms and conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
