Complimentary Gift/privilege Terms and Conditions (Products)

1. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers, except for those who have following credit card: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.

1. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. KTC reserves the right not to give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion to receive a credit cash back
3. The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to the cardmembers who have accumulated points in the cardmember's card account on the date that the transaction is redeemed, enough points can be redeemed for 0% installment payment according to the specified conditions only.

The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 April 2019 – 30 June 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
3. KTC reserves the right to calculate spending amount with card in order to give the prize under this promotion from spending amount in full payment with KTC Card Plan only. KTC reserves the right to exclude the spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other type of refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
