Terms & Conditions to Earn Special Discounts or Premium Goods from Participating Cosmetic Brands

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 September 2020 - 30 November 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion : KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
3. The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, will receive gifts by present the sales slip to the customer service counter of any participating stores that join the promotion within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card according to specified conditions only.
4. The Firm reserves the right to grant premium goods in this promotion according to the conditions specified by the merchant.
5. Cardmembers instantly earn discount for making qualifying transactions with KTC credit card at participating merchants. Terms and conditions for discount are as specified by the merchant.
6. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 September 2020 - 30 November 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a credit cash back under this promotion: KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC  - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who wish to redeem points for credit cash back and special privileges according to the specified conditions in this promotion are required to register to participate by scanning the QR code to enter the following sites: www.ktc.co.th/cosmetic Cardmembers are required to receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to participate in this promotion. Cardmembers must only register within the same day the transaction was made, and retroactive claims from the transaction date are not allowed.  If the transaction amount contains a decimal point, cardmembers are required to specify the decimal point. Cardmembers are not required to include the  “ , ”  symbol in the transaction amount, i.e.  4500.50. Cardmembers are required to receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that the card members have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the card members have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such card members disclaims a credit cash back under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers who spend with KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of credit cash back offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed [on a monthly basis / at the end of the promotion period].
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account twithin 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

4. KTC reserves the right to exclude the refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. At the end of this promotion, KTC will select 3 first top spending cardmembers who have made the highest spending amount with card in accordance with KTC’s credit card usage record, and will announce the list of top spending cardmembers at www.ktc.co.th/cosmetic within 31 January 2021. KTC will contact the top spending cardmembers to inform of procedures, terms and conditions of the prize receiving via post mail which the cardmembers have provided to KTC, within 30 days from the day of top spending cardmembers announcement. The top spending cardmembers are required to contact for receiving the prize under the determined terms and conditions within the determined period only otherwise KTC will assume that the top spending cardmembers disclaims the prize.
6. KTC reserves the right to give the prize to top spending cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card or Passport is consistent with the name shown on the card only.
7. KTC reserves the right to give the prize under this promotion only up to 1 prize per 1 credit card number throughout the promotion period.
8. If there is more than 3 top spending cardmember, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the top spending cardmember who has good payment record and first services purchase with card under this promotion. KTC’s decision is deemed final. In the case that the eligible top spending cardmember is disqualified or does not meet any terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the following eligible top spending cardmember.
9. The top spending cardmembers acknowledged and agreed to pay tax (if any) at the rate determined by laws.
10. The employees of KTC, as well as the employees of the companies related to this promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
11. The participation in this promotion is considered that the top spending cardmembers agree to participate in PR activities, or to present at the relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take photographs to promote the photographs and the name of top spending cardmembers on newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to top spending cardmembers’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
