Cooling Summer 2019 with KTC credit card

1.    This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who have KTC FOREVER REWARDS points (“Points”) only, except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KLUAY KLUAY by KTC PROUD cash card. And card members with sufficient KTC FOREVER points can participate When redeem KTC FOREVER points get cash back. 
2.    KTC Credit Cards 0% installment plan up to 10 months and KTC PROUND Cash Card installment plan up to 10 months. Reserves the right to give a cash back.
3.    Step 1 according to this transaction condition Only members who have spending via credit card. Through an automated card machine (EDC) to buy air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers up to 6 months installment plan at participating brands.
4.    Step 2: Redeem for Cashback KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming Rewards Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated Rewards Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the products in accordance with specified conditions only.

6.    The cardmembers who want to participate in this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMSIn this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion. (1 SMS/1 Time installment plan within promotion period)
7.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after [ 31 May, 2019 the last day of promotion period
8.    KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10.    KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
11.    KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
12.    KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
13.    KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
