KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions
1.    KTC reserves the right to grant benefits by use points to redeem cash back under this program to KTC credit card members ("members") with KTC FOREVER point ("points") and spending via KTC credit card ("card") at BIG C participating branches (Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Market) In the period between 1 May, 2019 – 31 July, 2019 ("Program Period") according to the specified conditions only. 
2.    All rights reserved except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3.    If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only. 
4.    In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims a credit cash back under this promotion.
5.    In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
6.    KTC Points redemption for products under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
7.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
8.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis.
9.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days on a monthly basis. 

Additional terms and conditions
1.    The cardmembers who want to participate in the cashback 12% promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type OFM (Full payment) or OFC (installment payment), space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
2.    The cardmember who spend more than 1,000 Baht per sales slip can redeem at least 1,000 points to get 12% credit cashback on Monday to Thursday and 14% credit cash back on Friday to Sunday.

General Terms and Conditions
1.    KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
2.    KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
3.    KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
4.    KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
