1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating stores during 1 July 2020 - 30 September 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Goods/services that do not participate in 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan. For KTC credit card can be participate in 0.74% Installment payment by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online plan which has interest and credit line usage fee of 0.80% up to 3 - 10 months or for KTC PROUD cash card can be participate in 0.99% Installment payment which has interest and credit line usage fee of 0.99% up to 3 - 18 months or 1.29% Installment payment which has interest and credit line usage fee of 1.29% up to 19 - 24 months with minimum price of 3,000 Baht.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
