Prepare for your baby with KTC Credit Card at Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen

1. This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who spending at any participating Hospitals ("Cardmembers") during 1 February 2019 – 31 December 2019 ("Promotional Period") According to the specified conditions only.
2. Except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. When purchase a Baby delivery package with KTC Credit Card at the participating hospitals during the program period. Cardmembers will get complimentary gift as follows.

Get Toddler Gift Set, breast milk storage bags valued 1,050 baht when spending from 30,000 baht or more (For Pat Rangsit Hospital and Pat Rangsit Mother & Child Hospital will get Toddler Gift Set, breast milk storage bags valued 1,050 baht when spending from 23,000 baht or more. For Paknampo Hospital and Paknampo 2 Hospital will get Toddler Gift Set, breast milk storage bags valued 1,050 baht when spending from 29,900 baht or more)

- Cardmembers register to receive the rights by sending an SMS, type BIR space and followed by the 16-digit card number, sent to 061 384 5000 (delivery fee 3 baht per time), only 1 time per 1 card number, which must be registered within the date that the spending occurs. And the cardmembers must receive a confirmation message from KTC, therefore will be eligible to join this program. And KTC will send complimentary gift to cardmembers according to the address that the cardmembers has informed to KTC within 60 days from the end of the month that the cardmembers has spent through the card in this program.

4. KTC reserves the right to grant complimentary gift under this promotion only up to 1 set/ 1 sales slip/ 1 credit card number/ day throughout the promotion period and reserves the right to choose the color and pattern of the complimentary gift
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), all Installment Payment via KTC PHONE transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.
6. The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
8. KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9. Other conditions Which is not specified in this list are according to the hospitals / suppliers / service providers defined. Please check the conditions before purchasing products / services.
10. KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
11. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
