Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC VISA credit cardmembers only (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 15 November 2019 – 31 December 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
   KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD , KTC JCB, KTC UNIONPAY, KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HOV, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/HOV In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on members have full spending amount only at the participating hospitals as specified.
4. KTC reserve the right to limit the cash back under this promotion, 1 right per 1 sales slip per 1 card number per day only.
5. In the case that the KTC VISA cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. To calculate the cash back from the spending via the card, KTC will calculate the spending from the date the member registered to participate in the program onwards. And will calculate the cash back credit until the end of the transaction period according to the conditions As specified by KTC And will credit the cash back into the card member's card account within 60 days from the end of each month of spending
7. For Credit cash back on this list. Only for payment of products / services per 1 sales slip only. Sales slip cannot be separated.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
10. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
