Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 15 May 2024 - 31 December 2024 (“Duration depends on each hospital”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and all types of KTC COMMERCIAL cards.
3. Cardmember can redeem KTC Points for e-Coupon - special price on medical services via KTC Mobile App according to the specified terms and conditions.

     1. Use 5,500 points + 2,999 baht to get e-Coupon: Basic Health Check-up Package (check 15 items) value 7,528 baht.
     2. Use 1,999 points + 550 baht to get e-Coupon: 4 strains of influenza vaccine for adults (15 years old and up) value 1,490 baht.
     3. Use 4,700 points + 1,499 baht to get e-Coupon : Influenza vaccine for senior citizens (65 years old and up) value 3,400 baht.
     4. Use 3,400 points + 3,999 baht to get e-Coupon: New type of dengue fever vaccine (2 injections) value 6,550 baht.

4. e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of successful redemption.
5. Redemption for discounts under this program Only for payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate sales slips and in the case of the difference in value after deduction of discounts Members must pay the difference with a credit card. the same card as the card using points to redeem for discounts only
6. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
7. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.

Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile Application and use e-Coupon at participating stores during 15 May 2024 - 31 December 2024 (“Duration depends on each hospital”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Please notify staff  and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
3. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
