Note:
- Reserve the right to limit the cash back under this promotion 1 right per 1 sales slip per 1 card number per day only.
- With this program, members will not receive all kinds of points from the spending amount. In the case that there are points credited to the card account, members cannot use that point. The points will be deducted from the card account on the day that the member receives the cash back. If the points cannot be deducted, KTC refrains from giving the full amount of cash back under this program.
- Special privileges according to this list cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs.

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating hospitals during 1 June 2024 - 31 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
To be eligible to participate in this promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text MED, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
Reserve the right to limit credit cash back under this promotion, 1 right per 1 sales slip per 1 card number per day only.
The cardmembers who spend with the card under full amount payment with KTC card at participate hospitals will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:
• Get 150 Baht credit cash back when spending 15,000 – 69,999 Baht/sales slip
• Get 800 Baht credit cash back when spending 70,000 – 129,999 Baht up/sales slip
• Get 1,500 Baht credit cash back when spending 130,000 – 299,999 Baht up/sales slip
• Get 3,400 Baht credit cash back when spending 300,000 Baht and more/sales slip
If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
