Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Installment Payment

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and make payment of specific goods/services at participating stores during 15 October 2023 - 31 March 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers can redeem 50% of KTC Points to be eligible to make 0% installment payment for goods/service for 10 months with the minimum of 3,000 Baht per sales slip.
4. KTC will not return any KTC points which have been redeemed hereunder ifCardmembers have paid for the outstanding installment amount before due date.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
