1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit, Samitivej Hospital Srinakarin, and Samitivej Hospital Chinatown during 12 Dec 2023 – 29 Feb 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers must register by sending SMS; type HPS, space following by 16-digit credit card number send to 0613845000 (SMS service charges depend on the network service provider). In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. KTC will deliver Starbucks vouchers to members at the address that KTC members have informed within 60 days from the end of the month that the member has spending via the card.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer Starbucks vouchers under this promotion only up to 1 voucher per sales slip per card number per day.
6. The terms and conditions of Starbucks vouchers are according to the conditions specified in the voucher as determined by Starbucks.
7. Privileges according to this list cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. or exchange for cash or transfer rights to others

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. Privileges under this Promotion are exclusive for members of KTC credit card, who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit, Samitivej Hospital Srinakarin, and Samitivej Hospital Chinatown during 12 Dec 2023 – 29 Feb 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HOV, <space> followed by 16-digit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee specified by network service provider) within the day that card transactions has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this promotion.
6. This promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
7. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and cancellation of goods/services purchase or any other type of refund.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. 
9. Prices and list of participating vaccines are as specified by the hospital.
10. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1 privilege / sales slip / 1 card number only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
