Get Summer Get Fit at Samitivej Hospitals with KTC

1.    This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit, Samitivej Hospital Srinakarin, and Samitivej Hospital Chinatown during 15 March 2019 – 15 May 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3.    The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type SMV, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/SMS), In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4.    Members with spending through KTC credit card at Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit, Samitivej Hospital Srinakarin, and Samitivej Hospital Chinatown will receive a cash back credited to the member's card account, calculated from the spending amount through the card as specified
5.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day at the end of campaign, and will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
6.    KTC reserves the right to exclude the spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other type of refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to the cardmembers under this promotion. 
7.    KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
8.    The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4.    Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
