1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating hotels during 1 July 2024 – 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip at participating hotel, will get Extra 500 KTC Forever Points (“Extra KTC Points”).
4. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the end of the month that card transaction has been made according to these terms and conditions.
5. Extra KTC Points earned from this Promotion will be expired on 31 December 2025.
6. One time registration is required to enter into the promotion via www.ktc.co.th/centrepoint start calculate spending at the first day of a successful registration. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
7. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
