• รายการส่งเสริมการขาย (“รายการ”) นี้ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ (“เคทีซี”) จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกบัตรเครดิต KTC ทุกประเภท (“สมาชิก”) และใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิต KTC (“บัตรฯ”) ณ โรงแรม GO! HOTEL ที่ร่วมรายการ ช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 1 ธ.ค. 66 – 31 มี.ค. 67 (“ระยะเวลารายการ”) เท่านั้น โดยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเว้น [บัตรเครดิต KTC CASH BACK ทุกประเภท, บัตรเครดิต KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS ทุกประเภท, บัตรเครดิต KTC - ศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ สภากาชาดไทย, บัตรเครดิต KTC VISA CORPORATE, บัตรเครดิต KTC -VISA COMMERCIAL, บัตรเครดิต KTC เพื่อหน่วยงานรัฐ และบัตรกดเงินสด KTC PROUD ทุกประเภท] ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการนี้ได้
• สมาชิกที่ประสงค์จะขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ จะต้องมีแอปพลิเคชั่น “KTC Mobile” และลงทะเบียนใช้งานแอปพลิเคชั่นก่อนมียอดใช้จ่ายเกิดขึ้นเท่านั้น
• รับทันที e-Coupon 1 ใบ เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่ายครบตั้งแต่ 800 บาทขึ้นไปต่อเซลส์สลิปที่โรงแรมที่ร่วมรายการผ่านทางแอป KTC Mobile
• ไม่จำกัดจำนวนการแจก e-Coupon ตลอดรายการและไม่จำกัดการมอบของรางวัลต่อท่านตลอดรายการ
• กรณีได้รับ e-Coupon 50 คะแนน KTC FOREVER สมาชิกจะต้องยืนยันการใช้ e-Coupon เพื่อรับสิทธิ์ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับ e-Coupon กรณีเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เคทีซีขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิก e-Coupon นั้นๆ ทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า สมาชิกจะได้รับคะแนนเข้าบัญชีบัตรฯ ภายใน 5 วันหลังจากยืนยันการใช้คูปอง
• กรณีได้รับ e-Coupon บัตรห้องพัก GO! HOTELสมาชิกจะได้รับบัตรห้องพักตามที่อยู่ที่เดียวกันกับใบแจ้งยอดค่าใช้จ่ายบัตรฯ ภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันสุดท้ายของแต่ละเดือนตามรอบปฏิทิน
• กรณีได้รับ e-Coupon กระเป๋าผ้า GO! HOTEL โปรดแจ้งการใช้สิทธิ์กับพนักงานโรงแรม ก่อนยืนยันการใช้ e-Coupon ต่อหน้าพนักงานทุกครั้ง และรับกระเป๋าผ้าทันที สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับ ภาพบันทึกหน้าจอโทรศัพท์ หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือภาพถ่ายทุกกรณี
• สมาชิกที่มียอดใช้จ่ายตรงตามลำดับที่กำหนดจะได้รับ e-Coupon ทันทีเมื่อมียอดใช้จ่าย ใช้จ่ายลำดับที่ 50 ในแต่ละเดือน รับ e-Coupon บัตรห้องพัก 1 คืนจำนวน 1 รางวัล มูลค่า 2,000 บาท เดือนธันวาคม รับรางวัลสาขา GO! HOTEL Bowin, เดือนมกราคมรับรางวัลสาขา GO! HOTEL Ban Chang, เดือนกุมภาพันธ์รับรางวัลสาขา GO! HOTEL Si Racha, เดือนมีนาคมรับรางวัลสาขา GO! HOTEL Chonburi รวม 4 รางวัลตลอดรายการ ใช้จ่ายลำดับที่ 11, 22, 33, 44, 55 ในแต่ละเดือนรับ e-Coupon กระเป๋าผ้า Go! Hotel 1 ใบ มูลค่า 159 บาท รวม 20 ใบตลอดรายการ สำหรับลำดับการใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดข้างต้นสมาชิกจะได้รับ e-Coupon คะแนนสะสมพิเศษ KTC FOREVER จำนวน 50 คะแนน
• คะแนนพิเศษตามรายการนี้ จะหมดอายุภายในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2568
• สมาชิกผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลที่มีมูลค่า 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่าของรางวัล ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ทป. 4/2528 และ/หรือเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายประกาศใช้บังคับ (ถ้ามี)

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store / seller / service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods / services.
