Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation must be made before 6 pm (local time),  1 Day prior of arrival to avoid 1 night cancellation charge.

Family plan :
- Children below age of 5 is complimentary when accompanied by two adults. Maximun occupancy is 2 adults and 1 Child per room. child has to be below the age of 12.

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
