Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Points for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to all KTC credit cardholders who have KTC FOREVER points (“Members”) and make purchases using their KTC credit card (“Card”) at participating hotels and resorts during the period from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (“Campaign Period”) only. The campaign excludes holders of the following card types: KTC - CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center Thai Red Cross Society, all types of KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card loans.
2. Members who wish to redeem points for cashback under this campaign must register on the same day the transaction is made via https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/hotel-resort/domestic-hotel/tatsd and must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible for the campaign.
3. Members who spend at participating hotels and resorts using their card are entitled to the following benefit:
   1. Use any amount of KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) to redeem for 13% cashback of the equivalent point redemption amount.
   2. Members must confirm their redemption via the same link by providing the credit card number, email, total transaction amount without decimals (if any, round down), number of points to redeem for cashback, and hotel name. For installment payments, members must enter the full transaction amount before selecting installment options.
4. KTC will calculate cashback on a calendar-month basis starting from the date the member completes registration, and will credit the cashback to the card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month.
5. The following transactions are excluded from cashback calculation: cash withdrawals, interest charges, penalties, service fees, refunds due to purchase cancellations, Tax Refunds, and/or any type of refund.
6. Cashback redemption under this campaign is valid only for members with sufficient points in their card account according to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
   
   

Terms and Conditions for the “TOP SPENDER” Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardholders (“Members”) who make purchases using their card at participating merchants between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
2. The following cardholders are excluded from participating in this campaign: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC cards for government agencies, KTC PROUD cash cardholders
3. Only full payment transactions with a minimum spending of 8,000 Baht per sales slip are eligible for reward calculation, and members must complete the registration as specified in the campaign’s conditions.
4. Cancelled transactions or any type of refund will not be counted towards the spending total for reward eligibility.
5. Prizes in this campaign include: Airline tickets, Discount vouchers, Rental electric vehicles, Hotel vouchers
6. A total of 36 prizes, with a combined value exceeding 466,939 Baht, will be awarded. Each prize is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, as outlined in the respective gift vouchers. The prize value does not include any related expenses, which must be covered by the winning members themselves.
7. KTC will notify winners of the prize claim procedures and conditions via the phone number on record within 60 days from the end of each calendar month. KTC will attempt to contact the winner up to 3 times within 7 days. If unsuccessful, it will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
8. Each member is eligible to receive only one prize throughout the entire campaign period.
9. If more than one member has the same total spending, the prize will be awarded to the member who completed their spending first and has a good repayment record. KTC’s decision is final.
10. If a qualified winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with the terms, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest spender.
11. Members who cancel their credit card for any reason will be considered as having forfeited their right to participate in the campaign.
12. Winners with the highest spending acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any applicable taxes as required by law.
13. KTC employees and employees of affiliated companies involved in organizing this campaign are not eligible to participate.
14. Participation in this campaign constitutes consent from prize winners to participate in promotional activities, attend events, or appear in advertising media as determined by KTC. It also grants KTC the right to photograph and use the images and names of the top spenders in advertising and promotional materials, including newspapers and/or other media. These photographs will be considered property/copyright of KTC.
    
    

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
